This dynamic 220 room airport property located in New Orleans Louisiana was converted from a Four Points by Sheraton to a full service Wyndham Garden Inn. Alpha construction was brought in to streamline the design and construction process with an in depth aptitude on cost control and value engineering along with providing a functional and efficient design that would accommodate a more guest friendly experience. In order to achieve this we started by opening up all of the public spaces and integrating all of the isolated and segmented areas to a more open space floor plan. Guest rooms and FF&E packages were upgraded to further enhance the guest experience.
