Summary
The once 440 room Somerset – Bridgewater hotel was extensively designed to meet the specialized and boutique requirements of the new Crowne Plaza design initiative. Working closely with the ownership group, the JCER Design Team developed a design that simultaneously embellishes the finest points of the existing building while also launching the property into the contemporary conversation. The project's anticipated completion date is scheduled for November 2016.

JCER has been hired to design and renovate the lobby, bar, and mezzanine space for the Flatiron Hotel, a marquee hotel located in the historic Flatiron District in New York City. The proposed design ties the history of the hotel and the Flatiron District into today’s contemporary setting, and highlights the hotel’s prominent corner location on Broadway and 26th Street.
