Interior lobby renovation for new refresh and bar enlargement and relocation.  This project was a variation to the prototypical HGI.  Working with the developer we have achieved a unique layout that complies with Hiltons strict guidelines as well as provides the needs required by the developer with a unique property in Long Island City, New York.  The project is anticipated to be completed by July 2020.
