Ground up construction  for a 110 room Courtyard by Marriott.  This project was a variation to the prototypical Courtyard by Marriott.  Working with the developer we have achieved a unique layout that complies with Marriott strict guidelines as well as provides the needs required by the developer.  The projects anticipated completion date is schedule for August 2019.
