Ground up construction for a 91 room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott.  This project was a total custom Fairfield Inn and Suites.  Working with the developer we designed a custom project with an interior atrium and a rooftop lounge/bar which also complies with Marriotts strict guidelines. The projects anticipated completion date is schedule for May 2019.
