The sister property located adjacent to the Comfort Inn, This once 164 room Sleep Inn was repositioned to a Best Western Plus. Alpha construction was also directed by ownership to over see the construction and project management of this budget conscious and time sensitive rehab/renovation project. With leed times falling short of expectations and budgets out of control, alpha construction was brought in to clean up and assist in the completion of this project and successfully identify the problems and deficiencies of the previous Construction Management and General Contracting firms. Project Completed in June of 2015.
